What You Need (Ingredients)

  • Tuna: 1/2 can of tuna, drained well.
  • Avocado: One ripe avocado. Make sure it’s nice and soft!
  • Cucumber: A small cucumber (peeled)
  • Red Onion: 1/4 red onion.
  • Bread: 6 Slices of wholemeal bread (or any bread you like).
  • Flavor: Salt and pepper, just to taste.

How to Make Tuna Avocado Cucumber Sandwich Filling (Simple Steps)

  1. Get Ready: First, drain all the water or oil from your can of tuna.
  2. Chop It Up: Take the cucumber and red onion and chop them into small pieces. Keep them small!
  3. Mix the Cream: Cut the avocado in half. Take out the flesh and put it in a bowl. Use a fork to mash it up until it’s super creamy.
  4. Put it Together: Add the drained tuna, the chopped cucumber, and the chopped red onion to the bowl with the avocado.
  5. Stir Well: Give it all a good stir. Mix everything until it looks like that creamy green spread in the picture.
  6. Season It: Sprinkle some salt and pepper in the bowl. Stir again and taste it. Does it need more?

I always toast the bread slices before making the sandwich. I also buttered both sides of the bread slices before toasting; this helped to add extra flavours to the sandwich.
