- 1 Cup All purpose for Flour
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 Large Eggs
Preheat your oven to 165°C (325°F). Grease or line a muffin tray.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Sift in the flour, salt, and baking powder. Add the vanilla essence and mix until just combined.
Gradually pour in the melted butter and mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tray, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool slightly before transferring them to a wire rack
