Easy Cauliflower Soup
This vegan friendly cauliflower soup is very easy to make. It has a delicious creamy taste slightly highlighted garlicky flavour. This is a soup take only 15 minutes finish cooking and perfect for a lunch or dinner

- 1/2 Cauliflower head
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 can of coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp salt adjust according to your taste
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp chopped oregano leave Dried can be substitute
- 2 tsp good quality butter
- 1/2 Brown onion chopped
Step 2: Simmer the cauliflower
Step 3: Season and cream
Add the vegetable stock powder, oregano, black pepper, and coconut milk, and mix everything well.
Step 4: Blend until smooth
