No-Sugar Banana Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 Large Banana (Well Ripened )
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp Vanila extract
- 1/2 Cup Cake Flour
- 1/4 Cup Butter (Soften)
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Add the peeled banana to a bowl and mash it with a fork.
- Next, add oats, flour, butter, baking soda, salt, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Gently mix until all the ingredients come together into a dough.
- Divide the cookie dough into 8 equal portions.
- Place each portion onto a baking tray and lightly press the tops to flatten them slightly.
- Bake at 180°C for 13–15 minutes, or until golden.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let the cookies cool for about an hour before serving.
These cookies make a perfect tea-time treat or a grab-and-go breakfast for busy mornings. Prepare ahead and store in an airtight tin for up to 3 days.
